Through her role as curator Sharon has worked over the last three years to create events that bring people together to form connections, have conversations regarding identity and culture, and develop deeper understanding and empathy among one another.

Identify Yourself: Exploring Personal Narrative Through Art
Identify Yourself is an exploration of cultural heritage and personal identity led by Winona-based artist Sharon Mansur. Drawing from Mansur’s autobiographical performance work Dreaming Under a Cedar Tree, this interactive workshop invites you to explore childhood memories and imagery, ancestral countries of origin, and personal identity through creative writing, visual art, and movement.
